At Johnson Fitness, we are committed to your training success; if you are not satisfied with your equipment, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and like-new condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return authorization request with your order number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the gear if necessary and secure it in its original box with all manuals, tools, and hardware included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large fitness machines, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
